QuizUp is a free educational quiz platform designed for school students. The Service provides MCQ-based practice tests organized by subject and topic to help students prepare for school examinations.

The Service is available through our mobile apps (Android and iOS) and web application at app.quizup.in.

The Service is intended for school students and educators. By using QuizUp, you confirm that:

• You are at least 10 years of age
• You have the permission of a parent or guardian if under 13
• You will use the Service only for educational purposes

You agree to use QuizUp only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to copy, reproduce, or redistribute quiz content
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Use the Service in any way that disrupts other users
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

All content on QuizUp, including quiz questions, design elements, text, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of Dajiraj Infotech Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

QuizUpis provided free of charge. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all content is 100% accurate. Always verify answers with your official textbooks or teachers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuizUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google Play Store and Apple App Store). These links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
